JNT INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
The kind of home that is unlike anybody else’s …
Our secret behind creating a magazine-style home is to find unique decor pieces that you can’t find elsewhere.
Perhaps a rug sourced from an antique dealer, the deep texture of a pillow’s fabric, or a handcrafted mirror. These individual pieces, that are not mass produced or widely available, bring everything together and elevate the look.
We work with bespoke vendors that create unique and signature pieces that you will not find in big box stores.
And luckily for you, we are obsessed with sourcing these unique pieces to transform your home!
KIND WORDS FROM A CLIENT ...
“The house looks like it could be on the cover of a magazine.”
“I have used Jade for one house renovation and one new build now and I don’t think I could ever go back to not having her around! She’s easygoing, she listens, and she pays great attention to detail.
“She has created a beautiful and happy space for our family. It is special. Sometimes I feel like the house looks like it could be on a cover of a magazine - in fact, my kitchen actually was featured in a magazine in Tampa Bay. Thank you Jade!"

Your Questions Answered
(AND MAYBE A FEW EXTRA ONES)
+ At what point should I bring you into my renovation project?
From the very beginning if you can. The most successful transformations are when we’re called in before the dirt even touches the ground! We’ll work with your architect and contractor to get the best results on how to use your space before construction starts. This way we can make sure all the important details like lighting, door positions, bathroom sizes, and kitchen workflow are right from the beginning to avoid any expensive mistakes being made.
+ So, do you work with my architect?
Yes, absolutely! We love to walk through your architect’s floor plan with you (with our design goggles on!) - and we can add scaled furniture sketches too. We help bring it to life so you can better imagine living in the home to see if anything needs changing before construction begins.
+ What kind of budget do I need?
The price will vary according to the type of project you have in mind. Our prices start from $25,000 for the renovation of one room. Some clients ask us to work within set budgets and others want us to source and price up their ideal home and take it from there.
+ How much do you charge for your interior design services?
We are completely transparent about our interior design service fees and nothing is hidden. As every project is unique and requires different levels of support from us, we charge an hourly rate of $200/hour. For bigger projects, we can give a total project rate instead.
+ How are payments managed?
We collect a retainer to kick off your exciting renovation project and then all furniture and decorative pieces must be paid for upfront when we order them. We will invoice you each month to cover our fees (as detailed above), and you will receive final invoices one week before installation.
+ How long do your interior design services typically take?
As a rough guide, furnishing projects take about 6 - 10 months and construction can take up to 24 months. However, there can be external factors that cause longer delays and we are not normally available to start work immediately.
+ Can I live in the house while it is being renovated?
It’s definitely more exciting if you can find somewhere else to stay. The house will get pretty chaotic and you may find it stressful to live there while we work on it… plus the big reveal is much more magical if you’ve been living elsewhere. But if you really want to stay we can normally make it work.
+ Where do you buy furniture from and do you markup?
We have spent years hunting for the fabulous vendors that we work with today. Most do not sell directly to the public and create signature pieces you won’t be able to find elsewhere - to give you a unique home unlike anyone else’s. We are given generous wholesale discounts - we do markup on these prices to bring them in line with mainstream prices while passing on some discount to offer good value.
+ Why does it take a while for the furniture to arrive?
Most pieces are custom-made and crafted by human hands that operate on a smaller scale. This takes a little bit longer but we promise it is totally worth it! We pride ourselves on great communication and will keep you updated on any delays.
+ What aftercare service do you offer?
All furnishings are inspected by our warehouse when they arrive. Then, after the big reveal, we’ll do a walk-through together and check everything is in perfect condition. After that, we stay by your side if any problems arise. All our vendors have generous warranties and we will contact them on your behalf should you need us to.
+ I’m not renovating completely but can you help me accessorize a room?
Complete transformations are what we do best so we only take on projects where we are changing everything in a room, not just bits and pieces. We will happily work around antiques but those aside, everything else should go to get the best possible results.
